At Lazzoni Furniture, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our modern designs and offer a 30-day return window for standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team or visit your local Lazzoni showroom within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.
Inspection and Approval
Our logistics team will schedule a time to inspect the item to ensure it remains in pristine, original condition with all tags attached.
Pickup and Transport
Once approved, our white-glove delivery team will arrive to professionally disassemble and transport the item back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
After the item is received and verified at our facility, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
